At Dog Bust Designs, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We take care when producing, inspecting and packaging our products, but if you need to return an item or have a problem with your order, we're here to help.

1. Cancelling Your Order

If you purchase a product online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Products should be returned with reasonable care and, where possible, in their original packaging.

2. Return Costs

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless we have agreed otherwise.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide appropriate instructions.

3. Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and the return has been accepted, we will process the applicable refund.

Where a statutory cancellation applies, refunds will normally include:

• The purchase price of the returned product.
• The cost of standard delivery originally paid.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another arrangement has been agreed.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Customers are expected to take reasonable care of products while they are in their possession.

Where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, a deduction may be made from the refund where permitted by law.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, develops a fault, or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of any relevant packaging damage, where applicable

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

You do not lose your statutory rights simply because the normal returns period has passed where the product is faulty or otherwise does not meet the required legal standards.

6. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us before returning it.

We will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Where an incorrect item has been supplied due to an error on our part, we will cover the reasonable return costs.

7. Made-to-Order Products

Some Dog Bust Designs products may be produced specifically following an order.

Where a product is made to order, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product listing.

The normal cancellation rights may differ for certain products that are made specifically to a customer's requirements or are personalised, where applicable under UK consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, defective or not as described.

8. Personalised Products

Where a product has been personalised specifically at your request, cancellation rights may be restricted where permitted by law.

Any applicable restrictions will be clearly explained before you place your order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied personalised products remain subject to your applicable statutory rights.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit your statutory consumer rights.

Your legal rights regarding the quality, description, suitability and safety of goods remain unaffected.

Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection requirement, the applicable legal requirement will take precedence.
