Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or made‑to‑order items (including 3D prints and UV‑printed acrylics) may take 3–7 business days depending on complexity.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Typical delivery times:

• UK: 2–4 business days

• EU: 5–10 business days

• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number where available. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Dog Bust Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please contact your courier with your tracking number. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
