Welcome to Dog Bust Designs.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Dog Bust Designs. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. About Dog Bust Designs

Dog Bust Designs produces and sells sculptural dog busts and related decorative products. Some products are created using licensed 3D models from independent designers; others use our own production, finishing and presentation.

Our products are intended for decorative display unless stated otherwise.


2. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate.

Because many products are individually produced and finished, minor variations in colour, texture and surface appearance may occur. These do not affect your statutory rights.

Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.


3. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

Where items are listed as Made to Order, Pre‑Order or Coming Soon, expected production or dispatch information will be shown on the relevant product page.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a full refund where applicable.


4. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout.

Delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Pricing Errors

If a pricing error is identified, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.


5. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms.

You must ensure that all information provided at checkout is accurate, including:

  • Name

  • Delivery address

  • Email address

  • Contact details

  • Product selection and quantity

Contract Formation

Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until dispatch confirmation is issued, we are not legally obliged to supply the product.

We may decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud or payment irregularities.


6. Payment

Payment must be completed using the methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by third‑party providers. Dog Bust Designs does not normally have access to your full payment card details.


7. Delivery

Delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays or severe weather.

Tracking information may be provided where available.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, additional delivery charges may apply.


8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have a 14‑day cancellation period, subject to legal exceptions.


9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us promptly.

We may request photographs or additional information to assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we will provide a remedy in accordance with consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected.


10. Made‑to‑Order and Personalised Products

Some products are made specifically following an order or personalised to customer requirements.

This will be clearly stated on the product listing.

Cancellation Rules

Certain made‑to‑order or personalised items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun, in accordance with consumer legislation.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.


11. Licensed Designs and Intellectual Property

Some products are produced using 3D models created by independent designers under commercial licence.

Where required, product listings will identify the original designer and provide any attribution or link required by the licence.

Certain products use licensed designs by BMaker, and listings will identify these accordingly.

Ownership of Designs

The underlying 3D models, digital files, artwork and associated intellectual property remain the property of their respective creators.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of, or rights to, the underlying digital model or design.

Prohibited Actions

Unless expressly permitted by the rights holder, customers must not:

  • Copy or reproduce the underlying 3D model

  • Digitally scan or recreate the design

  • Manufacture additional copies

  • Distribute or sell digital model files

  • Use the design for commercial production

  • Upload, share or distribute digital or derivative files

Ownership applies only to the physical item purchased.


12. Website Content

All website content—including branding, logos, graphics, product photography, descriptions, videos and written content—is owned by Dog Bust Designs or its licensors.

You may use the website for personal, non‑commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit website content without permission.


13. Website Use

You must use the website lawfully and must not:

  • Attempt unauthorised access

  • Interfere with website operation or security

  • Introduce malicious code

  • Use the website for fraudulent purposes

  • Copy or exploit content without permission

We may restrict access where misuse is identified.


14. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure website information is accurate.

Occasional errors or omissions may occur. We may correct errors or update information where reasonably necessary.
